Deposit and Payment
A 50 percent deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50 percent balance is due one month before your travel date. Visa fees and SDF are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Aloka Travels Bhutan.
Itinerary Changes
Aloka Travels Bhutan reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other operational factors while maintaining equivalent quality experiences.

Aloka Travels Bhutan acts as a travel agent and tour operator. We are not responsible for the actions or service quality of airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
