Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client

Visa and SDF fees are 100 percent non-refundable once processed
Tour deposit (50 percent) is non-refundable within 30 days of the travel date
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Aloka Travels Bhutan
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@alokatravelsbhutan.com

Cancellation by Aloka Travels Bhutan

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund of all monies paid. We will not be liable for additional costs such as flights or accommodation booked independently.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
