Day 1

Arrival in Paro

Arrive at Paro International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Relaxed evening walk through Paro town. Early night to acclimatise.

Day 2

Tiger's Nest Hike at a Mindful Pace

Sunrise hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery with mindful focus, pausing for reflection and taking in the spiritual atmosphere of this sacred site.

Day 3

Thimphu Wellness Day

Drive to Thimphu. Morning: guided meditation session at the National Memorial Chorten with a local monk. Visit to local organic market. Slow-paced afternoon.

Day 4

Thimphu to Phobjikha

Scenic drive to Phobjikha Valley. Visit Gangtey Monastery. Afternoon: guided nature walk through the valley. Black-Necked Crane spotting (October to February).

Day 5

Phobjikha to Punakha

Drive to Punakha. Afternoon: traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath with locally sourced herbs. Evening riverside walk.

Day 6

Punakha to Paro

Morning rice field walk to Chimi Lhakhang. Organic lunch at a local farmhouse. Return journey to Paro.

Day 7

Departure

Leisurely morning. Optional spa or local walk. Transfer to Paro Airport for departure.
